Please
shut down the computer and re-insert the TwinhanDTV board
in different PCI slot. Then install the driver again.

Installation Introduction" of User's Manual.) |

Remove other PCI card with
Conexent BT878A on board if any. |

| Cannot
lock any channels when executing auto scan? |
|
Please click "Apply" button after make or change
any setting in "Dish Setup" before scan the
satellite or transponder. |

Check whether the dish aims
to the right satellite |
|
Check the cable connection
between TwinhanDTV Sat/Sat-CI Card and the dish. |
|
Set LNB power
on¡ for supply power to LNB if necessary, please
note that most LNB need power supply from tuner. |

Check whether the voltage
for LNB is correct. (18V-21V for Horizontal or 11V-14V
for Vertical) |
|
Check the setting of satellite;
for example, LNB frequency for C band or Ku band. |
|
Check the switch setting
in "LNB - Switch" setting in "Properties". |
|
Please re-insert the TwinhanDTV
Sat/Sat-CI Card to another PCI slot. |
|
|
| When the
dialog "Unlock!" pops up. |
|
Check
whether the value of program frequency subtracts LNB frequency
is between 950~2150MHz. |
|
Check the setting of polarization
(H or V). |
|
Check the cable connection
between TwinhanDTV Sat/Sat-CI Card and the dish. |
|
Please note that the cable
should be connected to "LNB In" F-connector
of the card. |

|
Make sure your
TwinhanDTV Sat/Sat-CI Card Driver was installed. (from
device manager) |

Please
note that analog TV tuner card that equipped Conexant
BT878 and the TwinhanDTV Sat/Sat-CI Card can't be installed
in the PC at the same time. Please remove the analog TV
tuner card and its driver. |

Re-insert the
TwinhanDTV Sat/Sat-CI Card to another PCI slot. The PCI
slot might be damaged. |
|
Clean up the
golden finger of the TwinhanDTV Sat/Sat-CI Card by pencil
eraser. |

| Why
can't I receive 18V program? |
|
The
LNB is 13V vertical LNB |
|
|
| IRD
only receive 13V Program, TwinhanDTV only receive 18V Program. |
|
LNB is biased
2 cm. Please adjust the LNB or contact the dish installer
for service. |

|
| I can't
play program. I use 0 & 22 KHz multi switch box (2
in 1 out) |
|
You can choose
22 KHz enable or disable to select the source on the switch
box. |

C:\Program Files\PC-TV\Common\Bin\claud.ax and CLVSD-dtv.ax
again with regsvr32.exe in C:\Windows\System32. |

since some broadcasters have problem of Kpbs (over DVD
format limit), which make converting software to convert;
